Responsibilities include -

  • Work full time with some overtime
  • work 5am to 2pm M - F and some Saturdays but shorter shift
  • keep kitchen staff on task
  • cook breakfast and lunch
  • prep breakfast and lunch items for next day
  • manage kitchen staff, keeping them on task
  • handle ordering of kitchen supplies
  • ensure all food is dated and labeled

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18+
  • Math & financial management understanding
  • Must be punctual
  • Work some Saturdays
  • Must be able to work in US
