Job SummaryThis is a 13-week travel assignment for a Radiology Imaging Specialist to work in a fast-paced medical imaging department. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Conduct imaging procedures, following established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
- Current certification as a Radiology Technologist
- Experience working in a medical imaging department, preferably in a travel or per-diem capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
