Overview Orthopedic Surgeon - Dallas Medical Physicians Group Location: Dallas, TX Position Type: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Start Date: ASAP Dallas Medical Physicians Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join our dedicated team. This is a hospital-employed opportunity offering a mix of clinic, OR/procedures, and call coverage. Responsibilities Full-time schedule Blend of clinic and surgical procedures Call Schedule: 7 days/month (contracted) EMR: Epic Join a team of independent orthopedic surgeons Patient population includes a large percentage of Spanish-speaking patients - Spanish proficiency is a plus Start date: Immediate need Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Productivity bonus Negotiable sign-on bonus Full comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and life insurance PTO CME allowance Relocation assistance Sign-on bonus Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery MD or DO Preference given to candidates with relevant experience Visa sponsorship is not available Employment Status Full Time Shift Days Equal Employment Opportunity Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
