Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our teams in Philadelphia, Havertown, Springfield, and Trevose, PA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. From clinical operations such as credentialing to business operations such as contracting, we provide organizational support that allows our providers to focus on what matters - providing care. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days per week in the office. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) the state of Pennsylvania 5+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master’s degree Preferred Qualifications Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
