The role requires a dynamic, adaptive, experienced hands-on professional to ensure best practices in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of asset-backed lending (ABL), structured credit, and corporate financing opportunities for the Global Direct Lending Group.* Assist in evaluating various financing transactions and debt capital needs for both public and private funds including BDCs, interval funds, comingled funds, SMAs, and fund of ones.* Work closely with fund portfolio managers, internal credit, legal, and other internal groups throughout the deal lifecycle.* Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing liability management efforts.* Maintain market intelligence on emerging financing solutions and market trends.**Profile & Experience*** 5-8 years of experience in structured finance, direct lending, or specialty finance, with a strong focus on asset-backed facilities.* Finance and financial services background.* Strong analytical and structuring skills, with fluency in fund return modeling specific to leverage transactions.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.* Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders under tight deadlines.* Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated, and a team player.**Reporting Relationships**Partner, Co-Head of Global Capital Solutions**Compensation**The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$200,000.00 - $225,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
