**Position Overview:**

Cleaning position for a large Industrial Plant. Required to transition throughout the facility gathering all trash, sweeping/mopping floors and occasionally waxing floors and cleaning bathrooms. Candidate is required to provide proof of completed OSHA 10, or higher, within 60 days of original hire date. Monday-Friday 5am -1:30 PM. Saturdays as needed/ Day crew only. No night shifts available.

**Position Expectations and Duties:**

* Ability to complete tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, cleaning

* Completes assigned tasks.

* Work in various weather conditions

* Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours day.

-Climb ladders

-Bending, twisting, lifting up to 50lbs

-Prolonged standing, walking

* Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.

* Shows up on time and ready to complete work.

* Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed.

* Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients.

* Takes care of company owned or rented equipment returning in like manor.

* Adaptable in methods used to complete task.

* Willing to go the extra mile for the team.

* Motivated to learn new skills and trades.

* Communicate effectively both written and verbal.

* Additional duties as assigned

* Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

**Physical Abilities**

* Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner

* Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly

* Must be able to climb ladders repetitively

* Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting.

* Ability to complete tasks such as loading, un-loading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.

* Ability to safely perform duties related to confined space work.
