Job Listing: Executive Director – EDGE Teen Services Location: Liberty Township, OH Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000-$85,000 annually + $4,800 stipend for ICHRA Healthcare Reimbursement EDGE Teen Services is hiring a dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission of empowering teens to impact the world. Backed by a stable and diversified funding base, a highly engaged Board of Directors, and a strong, dedicated staff of seven, EDGE is poised for continued growth and impact. This is a unique opportunity to guide a high-impact nonprofit through its next phase of strategic development. Benefits Annual salary plus a $4,800 annual ICHRA Healthcare Reimbursement ($400 a month) Observance of all Lakota Local Schools holidays and breaks Full-time hours continue through the Summer, with flexible scheduling A passionate team and a mission that matters Qualifications 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising and leadership experience A track record of building donor relationships and securing major gifts Strong communication and organizational skills A heart for youth and community impact Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of development/fundraising experience Experience with organizations that serve youth preferred, as well as familiarity with the Liberty Township/West Chester communities Experience in developing and executing strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth Knowledge of Donor Management Software Superior written and verbal communication Persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent multidisciplinary project skills Ability to show passion for the mission, integrity, positive attitude, and self-direction Responsibilities The role will involve leading the organization, managing staff, developing fundraising strategy, engaging community partners, securing major gifts, and ensuring financial sustainability.
