More information is available at www.harmonicinc.com Description The Sr Director, SaaS Product Management, will manage the product lifecycle and the product delivery of Harmonics VOS 360 SaaS product to the market in alignment with the defined strategy. The incumbent will work with multiple supported applications and PMs, ensuring they are all built into one orchestrated product, aligned in UI, licences and business model. They will be responsible for product revenues and margin. The ideal candidate brings solid business acumen and market analysis skills, and an understanding of customers needs. Location This position will be based on the East Coast (Remote) What You Will Be Doing Establish product vision and implement the product strategy (define goals and key business metrics) Collaborate with the Solution team to build the best overall product offering and go?to?market strategy Turn defined market needs into product requirements Oversee the entire product lifecycle from product introduction to product design, development, and product operation Define with engineering teams the product roadmap, requirements specifications and prioritization Communicate and market the product towards presales, sales, and customers Assist sales in winning new customer accountsManage the product financials and commercial aspects: licences, pricing, forecasting and financial analysis What You Should Have Experience in a Solution, Business or Product Manager role Knowledge of SaaS, cloud?native architecture and video streaming environment (a must) Understanding of the product life cycle from new product introduction to development and operations Ability to manage dynamic roadmap prioritization and balance business needs with resource constraints Strong business acumen & strategic thinking Knowledge of SaaS financial models Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate across functions and levels Proactive approach to problem?solving, managing and resolving escalations and bottlenecks A can?do attitude Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in product management tools Travel will be required to meet customers and peers. Pay & Benefits For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $200,000 - $250,000. The actual base salary will vary based on market, location, and individual qualifications. This position may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
