Overview Amazon Devices—the team behind the best‑selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E‑Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Ring, Blink, and eero product lines—is seeking a high‑performing, innovative, results‑oriented and customer‑obsessed Sr. Product Marketing Manager. Responsibilities As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on Amazon’s Cross‑Devices Marketing team, you will focus on how we optimize the customer shopping experience across our expanding portfolio of devices to better educate customers on their journey. You may do this through end‑to‑end go‑to‑market programmatic work, conducting A/B tests to optimize performance of creative placements and customer targeting, analyzing data to create insights, building relationships with key stakeholders, and/or driving long‑term process improvements. Additionally, you will become an expert in and raise the bar with online marketing channels, including Amazon homepage, search and email. As part of the cross‑devices marketing group, we operate in one of the most diverse businesses at Amazon, empowered to explore new ideas, channels, and tools, setting the stage for how we’ll do business tomorrow. We are looking for a smart, agile, highly motivated, results‑oriented Sr Product Marketing Manager to join the team in this high‑growth business at Amazon. The successful candidate will support marketing across a diverse range of existing devices and exciting new Amazon devices. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast‑moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experience prior success in driving execution of large‑scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals Experience creating and managing complex, cross‑team project plans Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Experience with A/B Testing or Multi‑Variate Testing or both Benefits & Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
