Responsibilities

Supervise daily patient transportation activities and resources.

  • Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience, and assures the work is performed appropriately.
  • Assist with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of the support staff.
  • Monitor workflow and work volume continuously and adjusts worker's job tasks as necessary to ensure daily work completion.
  • Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.
  • Organize and coordinate projects and events.
  • Serve as an educational resource for support staff.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
    experience required.
