Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Appraiser or Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. Based in Dallas, TX, this position combines both in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include conducting commercial property appraisals, performing valuations and analyses, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and consulting clients with well-researched insights. The professional will engage in real estate market research, adhere to industry standards, and handle project deadlines effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships will also be key aspects of this role.
