Anheuser-Busch - Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP) Salary: $80,000 annually, bonus eligible + sign on bonus. Target Start Date: September 2026. Role Summary: The Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP) is a 12‑month rotational training that fast‑tracks recent graduates into leadership positions. Trainees gain hands‑on experience in sales and distribution centers, breweries, or Logistics Central Services teams, leading frontline teams, driving inventory and truck routing, and solving real business challenges. The program blends classroom learning, on‑the‑job projects, senior‑leader mentorship and functional training to develop future leaders within supply chain. Job Responsibilities: Rotate through field warehouses or Central Services teams to gain a holistic understanding of the site. Lead frontline teams and execute operational processes, learning the business hands‑on. Learn about supply chain support functions and other operational functions. Prepare for first placement as a frontline manager in sales & distribution centers, breweries, or as a specialist within Central Services. Develop supply chain skillset and build long‑term career potential through leadership and functional training. Execute project work with real business impact – solving problems or implementing supply‑chain improvements. Receive exposure to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program. Job Qualifications: Current university student or recent graduate – Bachelor’s degree with a GPA 3.0 or greater. Background in supply chain, engineering, or business is welcome; all majors are accepted. Geographical & functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 12‑month training. Leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Demonstrate leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities. Self‑motivated to drive results and deliver above expectations. Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, fosters inclusion. Embrace ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑paced environment; manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Operate with an open mind, be insightful and innovative, and pursue opportunities to improve processes.
