Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Solution Manager – Technical Project Manager to lead strategic customer implementations and internal initiatives.

This hybrid role combines client‑facing project execution with internal coordination, requiring deep SAP experience and enterprise project delivery expertise. You’ll drive full lifecycle solution delivery from initiation through support handoff, working cross‑functionally with global customers and internal engineering, support, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle implementation projects二维战略客户 Execute and manage project plans, deliverables, schedules, and scope -makers>`Manage customer relationships and serve as main project point of contact Track resource allocation and ensure proper time utilization Monitor and report project status in weekly customer and stakeholder reports Coordinate project risk management and change control activities Drive successful project handoffs from Professional Services to Support Define and apply project standards and best practices Provide functional analysis related to SAP S huom and SAP Business Suite Participate in quality assurance, milestone reviews, and acceptance processes Must‑Have Qualifications 12+ years in solution/project management roles 5+ years SAP project management experience (SAP ECC/HANA) Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business Suite 8+ years in enterprise software or consulting, delivering full lifecycle solutions Hands‑on experience with enterprise software implementation and integration Strong understanding of security, networking, and enterprise technologies Proven stakeholder relationship management and risk mitigation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency (Green Card) Willingness to travel up to 25% Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience in enterprise security solution implementations Background in customer software development or product integration PMI Certification or equivalent project management credential Competitive compensation (DOE) Hybrid work model based in San Mateo, CA Opportunities for advancement within enterprise cybersecurity Collaborative, fast‑paced team environment Ideal Candidate Profile You’re a strategic leader with deep SAP project experience and a proven record of delivering enterprise‑level solutions.
