Position Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support our wealth advisory division. This position will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier candidates to join our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Strategic Talent Plans Lead the design and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across the Wealth Advisory and Corporate functions, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and growth priorities. Own High-Impact Sourcing Strategy Build and execute advanced sourcing frameworks using multi-channel approaches—market mapping, competitor intelligence, direct sourcing, social platforms, talent communities, conferences, and referral channels—to consistently generate high-quality pipelines in a high-volume environment. Industry Talent Network Leadership Maintain and continuously expand a robust network of passive and active wealth advisory talent, leveraging deep industry knowledge to proactively identify future-ready candidates and emerging market trends. Executive-Quality Screening & Assessment Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations to assess technical expertise, leadership capability, culture alignment, and long-term potential. Provide consultative recommendations to hiring leaders based on data and strategic insights. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—job intake and scoping, postings, proactive outreach, candidate engagement, interview management, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiation—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. Strategic Partner to Business Leaders Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering market intelligence, competitive insights, and hiring recommendations that inform workforce planning and organizational decisions. Champion of Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the firm’s value proposition, culture, and career pathways to prospective candidates through events, industry engagements, and digital channels. Track, analyze, and report on sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion, and market dynamics to refine strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes. Job Details Seniority level: Director Employment type: Contract Job function: Finance Industry: Financial Services and Human Resources Services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive recruitment experience within financial services, preferably supporting wealth management, private wealth, or advisory teams. Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, and hiring for complex, niche, and senior-level financial roles. Strong understanding of wealth advisory functions, industry structures, compensation models, and emerging market trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and partner effectively with senior business leaders. Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information. Physical Requirements This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week. Travel requirements – up to 30% of the time. U.S. Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization. Compensation The pay range for this position is $115,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
