It demands strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and career progress.If interested please send your resume to careers@otava-rf.com with TEST in the subject line or apply at www.otavainc.com/careers.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Otava RF lab in Moorestown, NJCollaborate with Otava RF design teams to prepare for and execute testLearn about our products and their applications to develop test software designed to control our products and automate test measurementsTroubleshoot and resolve test issues and identify problems for the engineering teamDocument all test results to prepare for the engineering team reviewCollaborate with third‑party vendors to develop production test solutionsQualifications:BSEE and 5+ years of industry experience, MSEE with 3+ years of industry experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (required)Experience in RF/mmWave test (S‑parameters, IIP3, Noise Figure, etc)Proficient in Python, MATLAB / test equipment automationExperience with SPI/I2C digital interface designsStrong team player mindset, driven to overcome design challenges, learn and succeedWilling to learn, grow, and lead in the application and test automation for RF componentsU.S. citizenship or Green Card holder (required)Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Quality AssuranceIndustry: Semiconductor Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
