Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Duct Installers for a Crunch Fitness Gym project in Maryland, including a 147-unit Living Facility center. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in HVAC/Sheet Metal work. The role involves performing tasks such as running duct work, installing hangers and curbs, working on lifts, cutting duct, and reading blueprints.
Responsibilities

• Run duct work and install hangers and curbs
• Operate lifts for installation work
• Cut duct to required specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform furnace repairs and maintenance
• Conduct boiler repairs and maintenance
• Install commercial heating systems
• Provide HVAC system services
• Clean and repair ducts
• Lead a crew of helpers and laborers when necessary

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of recent commercial HVAC experience
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Proficiency in duct installation and duct work
• Own hand tools
• Knowledge of blueprint reading
• Experience with refrigeration and plumbing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous HVAC experience or schooling
• Licensed heating technician preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, Maryland paying 25-35/hr.
