As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Wendy's, you'll play a key role in leading and supporting the team to achieve excellence in service and operations. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help drive customer satisfaction, foster professional development, and enhance sales and profitability across the restaurant. Your goal is to create a positive and engaging work environment while embodying Wendy's core values every day. Key Responsibilities: Stand and move for the majority of your shift. Operate various restaurant equipment, including headsets, grills, registers, and computers. Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Ensure reliable transportation for travel to your assigned store and other locations as needed.
