The Town of Westford Department of Public Works is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Staff Engineer.

Under the direction of the Town Engineer, this position performs highly professional work and is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing public works projects, including roadways, drainage systems, bridges, dams, and transportation systems.
This role involves collaborating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the improvement of our community's infrastructure.
This position plays a crucial role in implementing and developing the Town’s Stormwater program and performing a variety of engineering tasks related to the Town’s public infrastructure.
A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, with 2 – 4 years of related experience with preference given to an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with intent to obtain PE license.
The salary range for the position is $75,684 to $102,277.
Starting salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Position will remain open until filled.
