All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.The RoleManage relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues, manage expectations and stakeholder’s satisfaction on all project requirements to enable positive customer reference and success storyCommunicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team membersCommunicates relevant messages on time and with constructive feedback to cross-functional colleagues & managersConduct project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan through the project life cycle from Initiating to CloseEnsure proper use of methodology, tools, procedures and governance to best meet project objectivesProactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work, budget and timelineManage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual varianceAnalyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events for risk mitigating actionEscalate issues early about the project to account management or delivery managementMentor project teams to ensure implementation of enterprise project management methodology, standards and processesSkills and CompetenciesProficient understanding of IT software solutions and of the consulting business processes and functionsProficiency with project management methodologies and toolsA clear vision of what determines a successful project for the customer and for the enterpriseAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeAbility to negotiate consensus amongst diverse groups even outside the reporting structureConceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team membersRole RequirementsBachelor's Degree with total of 5-8+ years of professional experienceExperience in project implementations using formal project management methodology, techniques and toolsDemonstrated experience in team building and leading teamsUS Citizenship and active TS/SCI + Polygraph requiredObtain Security + Certification within six months; Security + preferredAbility to learn functional concepts quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with SAP preferredNote: The job description is meant to be a guideline. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100000 - 216000 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
