Listen effectively to customers’ requests and promptly take the necessary action to assist them managing their accounts and offering products and services.
Exhibits strong customer service skills, presenting products and services while proactively educating clients on utilizing banking applications.
Balances speed and accuracy when processing customer requests while utilizing the internal banking network.
Aid customers in opening, managing, and optimizing their bank accounts and products.
Pursue leads and potential customers to expand services and products offered.
Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Adapts to concepts and procedures and notifies management when additional training is needed on product and service knowledge.
Accepts coaching, implements feedback from reviews to improve job performance.
Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
Helping support community and bank events
Provide access and servicing to safe deposit box customers.
Follow policies, procedures, regulations, confidentiality requirements, and operational controls.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Tuesday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
High School education or GED
1-2 years personal banking experience required.
3+ year of customer service experience required.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve branch goals.
Strong cross-selling experience
Proficient in windows applications
Models positive and supportive behavior
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
