Job Title: Information Technology Director

Are you a technology leader looking to drive innovation and make a lasting impact on our organization? As the Information Technology Director at Little Creek Casino Resort, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technology strategies, optimizing systems, and aligning business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the performance of Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Golf, Back of House, Administration, Call Center, and Data Center systems. Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls, including Washington State Gaming Control Board and Squaxin Island Gaming Commission Internal Controls. Manage change processes to ensure proper handling of physical system modifications. Maintain service level agreements and manage vendor relationships. Monitor advancements in technology and gaming to identify competitive opportunities. Develop and manage plans, forecasts, and budgets for the IT and MIS departments. Ensure proper functioning of information systems, implementing necessary upgrades as needed. Develop disaster recovery strategies to maintain business continuity in case of system failures. Lead and motivate teams responsible for IT projects and strategic initiatives. Provide regular status updates to upper management on key projects and initiatives. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) from an accredited university required. At least 7 years of experience in IT project management and software implementation required. Minimum 7 years experience with Financial Systems, Human Resource Systems, Inventory Control Systems, and Point of Sale Systems required. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Director of IT or MIS, with at least 2 of those years in a Casino, Resort, or Hospitality setting preferred. Experience with Casino Management Systems and Hotel Management Systems preferred. Proven IT strategy development with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement technologies that align with business strategies and system requirements. Strong experience in strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure efficient operations and effective support across all property systems. Must pass a pre-employment background check.
