* Verifies the information on the work order header is correct such as BOM part numbers, quantities, and consuming locations. Follows procedures to see that info gets corrected.

* Completes assembly of the components per the instructions, drawing and quality standards. Inspects components for fit, form and function per defined procedures.

* Using a variety of hand tools, assembles outer casings, control housings, flanges, mounts piping, pumps and flow switches.

* Installs wiring, including the wiring of pumps, panels and other options, according to the work order.

* Crates completed units and attaches shipping labels.

* Works with other personnel to resolve quality issues on improperly functioning or uncompleted finished products.

* Responsible for proper care and cleaning of the equipment, following all safety policies and guidelines and maintaining the areas organization and housekeeping.

* Responsible for the timely reporting of production to the leader or supervisor.

* Responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed.

* Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy of raw materials in the area and assists with cycle counting.

* Assists other team members with their operations as requested by the supervisor.

* Performs all other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Basic computer knowledge and navigation is helpful.Ability to use electronic information.

* Demonstrates commitment, loyalty and positive attitude toward company values, goals, policies and practices.

* Experience and knowledge of the commercial boilers, water heaters and pool heaters. Prior assembly experience is preferred.

* Ability to make logical decisions as to quality, customer service, time management. Good problem solving ability.

* Mechanical ability. Use of simple math and measuring tools.

* Good communication skills.

* Safety record, promotes a safe and organized work area.

* Ability to assist with other department functions.

**Education**

High School Diploma or GED **Years of Experience**

Minimum of 6 months related work experience **Physical Requirements**
