**State Tested Nursing Assistants: The Foundation of Great Nursing Care**

As the building blocks of exceptional nursing care, State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate STNAs to join our team at Eastgatespring in Cincinnati, OH.

**Competitive Compensation Package**

$17 to $21.50 per hour - based on licensure and experience

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

**Responsibilities**
  • Assist residents with daily hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with positioning, turning, and other mobility needs
  • Transport residents safely and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and concerns
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
  • Document care in resident electronic medical records
  • Attend required in-services and educational events
  • Assist with daily meals and snacks
**Requirements**
  • Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
  • Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Patient, understanding, and compassionate towards those requiring care
