About the Role TULU is experiencing tremendous growth and entering its next phase — and we’re looking for a strategic and operationally minded Head of B2B Marketing to scale our go‑to‑market engine, accelerate lead generation and drive brand presence in the real estate industry globally. As Head of B2B Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution, driving top‑of‑funnel growth, generating high‑quality leads, and positioning TULU as the go‑to product access platform. You will lead all marketing channels — from conferences, SEO, and referrals to ads and other innovative initiatives — leveraging our top‑tier existing customer base and the new accounts you help generate to make TULU a household name in the real estate space and the go‑to product access platform. This is a leadership role: you will work closely with the CEO, join board meetings, and define and lead the marketing function of a hyper‑growth global startup. You will make a direct impact on our platform’s rapid expansion and play a key role in advancing our mission of driving smarter, more efficient, and sustainable consumption. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts Drive top‑of‑funnel lead generation, pipeline development, and MQLs Build and manage TULU’s brand presence across digital and physical channels, promoting thought leadership in the industry Own inbound and outbound marketing channels and strategies, including PR Manage the global marketing budget, resource allocation, and ROI Develop and manage TULU’s B2B content strategy across relevant social and digital channels Plan, implement, and track SEO and paid search optimization campaigns Create, maintain, and measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing collateral A/B test strategies for new channels and report results Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate new product releases to potential B2B customers Develop physical event strategy, including conferences, pop‑up stands, and other industry events Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and align marketing efforts and supporting collateral About You You are hungry, tech‑savvy, creative, and results‑driven — a true hustler with strong ownership and determination to get things done. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑performance, high‑growth environments and are passionate about building, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for revolutionary, real‑world businesses. Requirements 5+ years of B2B software experience in fast‑paced environments, preferably startups Expertise in B2B lead generation tools, content, and event marketing and best practices Experience planning and managing marketing budgets Proven ability to build comprehensive inbound acquisition strategies across multiple channels Strong understanding of online and offline marketing funnels Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation (preferably Salesforce & HubSpot) Track record of collaborating with designers, content creators, product managers, and analytics teams Ability to adapt and perform under pressure in a fast‑changing environment Hands‑on, proactive approach to problem‑solving Understanding of end‑to‑end delivery processes and marketing workflows Background in real estate or marketing products to landlords/property management companies is a strong plus This position is based in our New York City headquarters.
