We are building an extraordinary company and are seeking talented, energetic, and motivated people to join our team.On the software development team in the EverHealth group, you will be responsible for developing new features and functionality that maintain existing experiences as well as drive innovation to support growth for our solution and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated softwareCode, test and deployment of softwareAssist team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug-free platformsReview pull requestsContribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement and retrosExpand and maintain unit test coverageExperience and Skills5-8 years working with:Python/Django – expertise requiredJavaScript and modern SPA frameworks (React experience preferred)OOPRest API/GraphQL experience (Apollo)Version control systems (GitHub)Work Management and Documentation using Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy)Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance tuningCaching technologies like RedisExperience designing and developing enterprise level softwareMulti-threaded applicationsApplication Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability (New Relic/Sentry)1-2 years working with:AI/MLGeneral understanding:ANSI HIPAA transactions (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.)Health Information Technology (HIT)U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standardsWhereThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada—remote or in-office options available. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD Per Year.
