Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $108,500 Generous time off, including personal and volunteering days Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Remote work flexibility with some required travel Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to develop standardized workflows across the organization Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference Create reporting outputs and client deliverables aligned with workflow design Lead training efforts to ensure effective implementation of new processes What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance within the insurance brokerage business Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce Experience in creating and maintaining procedure documentation #InsuranceBrokerage #BusinessProcessSpecialist #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
