Travel Nurse Job Details Location: Derry, New Hampshire (03038) Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (29 beds) Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week: 36 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/27/2025, End: 1/26/2026) Employment Type: Travel RN Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800 Staffing Support: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) support; no unit secretary Documentation System: Meditech Expanse Scheduling: Every other weekend required Floating Policy: May float to other hospital units Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience Strong skills in dysrhythmia recognition and telemetry monitoring Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend Professional appearance; no specific scrub color required Nursing Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a 29-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry Administer medications and manage IV/PCA pumps Collaborate with LNAs and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals Document patient care using Meditech Expanse electronic health records Participate in bedside care conferences and safety rounding Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations Discover travel nursing jobs in New Hampshire and join our healthcare team in Derry.
