*Responsibilities and Duties:*

* Service plumbing needs for office, retail and light industrial properties
* Common jobs include: Rodding/televising, Water heater repairs, Leak investigation and Repair, Pump check and repair, Install and repair of fixture
* Troubleshoot on location plumbing problems
* Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems
* Install plumbing needs fo commercial, retail and light industrial properties
* Blue print reading and piping layout
* Install waste, vent and water piping both underground and above
* Install and repair of fixture
* Install gas piping and air lines
* Operate and work off scissor lifts
* Review electronic work orders on smart phone daily for scheduled sites and scope of work required
* Responsible for documenting work performed and inventory used on work order system
* Responsible for restocking required inventory needs per designated vehicle
* Maintain valid Illinois State Plumbing License
* Complete state required annual continuous education

*Qualifications and Skills:*

* Illinois State Plumbing License
* 2+ years’ experience and skills as a Plumber on commercial properties
* Hands-on experience in utilizing and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment
* Knowledge of industrial as well as commercial plumbing protocols
* Experience working with various pipe materials and fittings
* Understanding of the current regulations and code within the field
* Possess strong leadership skills
* Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
* Comfortable working at heights up to 35’
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
* Ability to push and or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
* Ability to climb ladders
* Ability to operate scissor lifts
* Ability to crouch, crawl on knees
* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
* Ability to lift arms overhead

Pay: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
