Citadel Roofing and Solar is looking for a

Commercial Solar Assistant Project Manager

to join our Team. This is a full-time position based in Sacramento, CA. Citadel Roofing and Solar is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction home builders throughout Northern California and Southern California. Responsibilities: ·

Send out timesheets and daily safety sheets for the crews each day. ·

Update Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel trackers for progress on projects daily. ·

Review installation photos for quality and if any are missing and inform crews of what is needed ·

Upload photos to necessary folders for each project going on after each workday. ·

Input monitoring serial numbers into the platforms depending on which inverters we are using (i.e. SolarEdge or Enphase) and complete stringing based on layout maps provided ·

Order any rentals needed for upcoming projects to ensure they arrive when the project is slated to begin and call off rentals as soon as projects are wrapping up ·

Work with PM to go over project schedules and provide feedback on consistent issues with photo reviews

Required Skills At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft office At least 1 year of Solar experience High attention to detail and able to maintain project documentation Excellent communication skills and a team player Quick learner and able to take direction from leadership Hard working and very reliable Multi-tasking Previous APM/PM experience a plus Compensation and Benefits: Citadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
