Vice President of Human Resources at Profile Bank Profile Bank is seeking a dynamic, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Management Team. As a local financial institution with a strong commitment to community banking, we are looking for a financial leader who will play a strong role in shaping the future of our organization. The CFO will undertake a strategic role in the overall management of the Bank, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and strategic direction. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance executive to contribute to a mission‑driven organization that dedicates itself to serving the needs of our communities. Key Responsibilities Lead the Bank’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support long‑term growth and strength. Oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, and reporting functions. Contribute planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making. Manage critical vendor relationships, contracts and negotiations to strong relationships and risk mitigation bankwide. Operate facility management functions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Management Team to execute strategic business opportunities and improve procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all financial operations. Qualifications Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, within the Bank/Credit Union industries. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Deep understanding of financial regulations, banking operations, and regulatory reporting. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial systems and lead cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract execution. Commitment to ethical standards and community‑focused banking values.
