As the Operations Director for the Los Angeles office, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth strategies, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and supporting compliance efforts. Your mission is to ensure Bitstamp's continued success and brand development in the North American market. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Business Planning: Develop and execute the annual business and operational strategy for the Los Angeles office. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and user behavior, and propose optimization solutions. Team and Organizational Management: Lead and manage the local team, including operations, marketing, public relations, and customer service. Cultivate a collaborative, efficient, and responsible corporate culture. Operations and Process Optimization: Oversee day-to-day operations, including product launches, marketing campaigns, customer support, and data analytics. Promote automation and data-driven decision-making to optimize resources and reduce costs. Compliance and Risk Control: Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with relevant U.S. and California regulatory requirements. Establish risk identification and mitigation mechanisms to maintain platform integrity and user trust. Partnerships and External Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local financial institutions, regulatory agencies, industry associations, and media partners. Represent Bitstamp at blockchain and Web3 industry events to enhance brand awareness.
