The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. This role includes hands‑on development and leading a team to deliver high‑quality software. Responsibilities Lead and mentor developers, guiding architecture, design, and coding standards. Partner with product and business teams to define technical requirements. Build scalable, high‑performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs; implement messaging with Kafka/RabbitMQ. Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, Firebase) and caching tools (Redis, Memcached). Deploy applications to AWS/GCP/Azure using CI/CD pipelines. Manage Docker/Kubernetes environments and ensure proper monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and drive Agile ceremonies. Collaborate across QA, DevOps, and Security to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain compliance, uphold company standards, and support ethical business practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. 5+ years of software development experience (backend + frontend). 1+ years leading developers or technical teams. Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and cloud platforms. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Comfortable working in Agile and fast‑paced environments.
