Job Description We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape the long-term direction of our business by analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of forward-looking strategies. You will: Support strategic planning and long-term business development through data analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement. Conduct in-depth industry research, with a focus on both core utility operations and emerging low‑carbon technologies. Contribute to high‑impact strategic initiatives, including board and executive committee presentations. Lead and monitor the execution of strategic projects, identifying risks and ensuring timely progress. Deliver clear, compelling presentations and updates to senior leadership and the Board. Provide project analysis, including tracking timelines, resources, and risks. You have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy development, or related roles. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling business cases. Experience in strategic scenario analysis, M&A evaluation, or strategy consulting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of BI tools is an asset. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. A balance of big‑picture thinking and attention to detail. Compensation We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $118,750 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
