The director will also oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.Qualifications include an MBA or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role with financial accountability, and proven ability to lead large teams and manage client/vendor relationships. Proficiency in strategic thinking, business analysis, and project management is essential.Travel up to 50% across North America is expected.
