Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois.
Position Details Include:
- Join an established practice with an Internal Medicine physician, an Advanced Practice Provider, and experienced support staff
- Position will be based out of our outpatient clinic on Peartree Lane that offers Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine services. X-ray services are also available Mon-Thurs
- Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
