Manager, Project Management We are looking for a Manager, Project Management to lead a global team of project managers and ensure the successful delivery of low- to mid-complexity projects. This role combines hands-on project oversight with people leadership, driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across distributed teams. Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives. Your Impact: Lead planning and delivery of multiple projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Facilitate project meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide regular status reporting Monitor project health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies Develop and maintain standardized templates, processes, and playbooks for routine project delivery across global teams Manage, coach, and develop onshore and offshore project managers, fostering collaboration and growth. Allocate resources and balance workloads across global teams to maximize productivity. Drive adoption of PMO standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistent delivery quality. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, risk management, and transparent reporting. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of project management experience with proven delivery success. 2+ years of people management experience, ideally with global or distributed teams. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.). PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across time zones and cultures. Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
