Kelly is seeking a Part Time Customer Service/Admin position for a premier customer in East Peoria, IL. 

Part time (4-6 hrs) 7am - 3:30pm Flexible hours
$22 - $25
Temp position 3-6 months

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide industry leading customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees.
• Develop an understanding of Hyster-Yale fleet claims.
• Taking inbound calls helping customers with warranties, questions etc. 
• Communicate with the Warranty Manager and Service Managers when issues arise.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Model honesty, integrity, ethics, and good character 
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and a working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and OneXP is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly/helpful interpersonal and phone skills.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
