The Opportunity (Open to Hybrid or Remote) As Ideogram’s first Content Creator, you’ll define how our brand shows up across social media by creating content that is as imaginative and visually stunning as the product itself. You’ll produce short‑form, organic, viral content that sparks curiosity, celebrates creativity, and connects with the design and AI communities in a real way. This isn’t about polished production or long tutorials — it’s about storytelling that feels authentic and engaging. You’ll experiment with trends to showcase how Ideogram is redefining what’s possible in design. You’ll also have creative freedom and autonomy to shape our presence across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll come up with ideas, bringing them to life quickly, and continuously iterating to inspire millions of people to see and share what Ideogram can do. Your Mission Create Social‑First Video Content: Produce short‑form videos that hook in the first few seconds and feel organic to platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels — not overly polished or corporate. Drive Creative Ideation and Experimentation: Constantly brainstorm and test new ideas, formats, and trends that make Ideogram relevant in cultural conversations. You’ll spot emerging trends early and translate that into content people want to share. Ship and Learn Fast: Own the end‑to‑end process: concept → shoot → edit → post → analyze → iterate. You’ll continuously refine based on performance data and audience engagement. Collaborate with our Product and Cross‑Functional Teams: Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to find creative stories hidden in our community, technology, and launches. What We’re Looking For Social Media Presence: You have a track record of building and growing a social presence (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and/or X) — with 10k+ followers. You understand what performs in virality, why it resonates, and how to replicate that success. Creator Mindset: You live and thrive on social media — you understand what makes people stop scrolling. You’re fluent in hooks, trends, pacing, and storytelling that feels authentic to each platform. Self‑Starter and Curious: You take initiative by bringing ideas to the table, move fast, and know how to turn creative sparks into finished, high‑performing videos. You also constantly explore design, art and trends – drawing inspiration from what’s happening around you. Strong Editing and Shooting Skills: You can film and edit natively for social. You value creativity over complexity — it’s about storytelling, not production budgets. You’re also comfortable both behind and in front of the camera to make content feel authentic and engaging. Bonus Background or interest in AI, visual design, or creator communities.
