Palatka Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is now hiring a full time Registered Dietitian to aid in all dietary functions and to ensure that quality food service is always provided. We are seeking a self-driven Registered Dietitian with strong leadership abilities. The Registered Dietitian plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall clinical operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines, and regulations, that govern the Facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are being provided daily.
