DATTCO is searching for a transportation professional to lead, direct, support and guide a school bus operations team. This position ensures safe, efficient and reliable passenger transportation, with an emphasis on manager development, customer relationships and financial responsibility. This position provides leadership to 1 District Operations Manager, 8 Branch Managers, staff and 500 drivers in a dozen DATTCO locations in Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut. Established in 1924, DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned business. DATTCO began providing school bus transportation in 1949 and currently services 30 school districts and Regional Education Service Centers throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island, transporting 140,000 students annually.
