We are actively seeking entry-level professionals to fill our Junior Marketing Assistant position. This competitive role starts on the ground floor and offers rapid advancement towards a senior management role. The Junior Marketing Assistant is a vital member of our team, responsible for driving sales and attracting potential customers to the Account Executives to ensure a successful sales process. This entry-level position includes full paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Growth: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns, contributing to their success and expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with potential customers and clients to drive engagement and ensure satisfaction.
  • Customer Retention: Identify areas to strengthen customer retention and improve satisfaction, contributing to long-term business success.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work strategically with the sales team in a business development capacity to maximize sales opportunities and achieve company goals.
Training Includes:
  • Team Management: Develop skills to lead and manage teams effectively, preparing you for future leadership roles.
  • Campaign Coordination and Management: Gain experience in coordinating and managing marketing campaigns, enhancing your project management abilities.
  • Marketing and Sales: Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • This is an entry-level position, open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience.
