My client is a reputable general contracting firm based in Andover, Massachusetts. With over 30 years of experience, the company has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors, commercial, multifamily, academic, and historical projects. Their focus in the construction market is on innovative solutions and meticulous planning, working on projects ranging from $10M to $50M across the Greater Boston Area and beyond. They are looking to hire candidates who possess not only the technical skills to excel but also the personality, integrity, and values that align with their supportive and collaborative company culture.

Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement and refine policies to ensure superior quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Profile

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience building commercial, multfamily, academic, or hotel projects
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication & time-management skills
• Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
• software's ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
