Our client, a large international law firm, is looking for a temporary Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney. The position calls for an actively barred attorney who is capable of independently performing legal research, writing motions, and other tasks in preparation of trial. This mid-level position will be fully remote.


Job Summary:


  • Start Date: Week of September 16th
  • Duration: 6-12 months
  • Rate: $75+/hour depending on experience
  • Hours: Full time


Responsibilities:


  • Legal research
  • Draft motions and briefs
  • Trial preparation (previous trial experience preferred)


Qualifications:


  • Active bar license
  • 4-7 years of law firm experience (preferably at a big firm)
  • Experience with Labor & Employment law
