Employer Industry: Commercial Insurance Why consider this job opportunity: Performance bonus and total compensation package Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible working location options: remote, hybrid, or in-person Engage in innovative product development within the mobility sector Chance to influence company culture and support diversity initiatives Work in a fast-paced environment focused on reimagining insurance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Evaluate business accounts in rideshare, carshare, and other mobility markets Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities Analyze underwriting profitability through trends and risk profiles What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the mobility sector How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability or property Expertise with alternative risk structures and risk financing End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience CPCU certification or actuarial designation Active participation in shaping company culture and mentoring We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
