Join the gpac Team We are recruiting a professional Tax Manager to join a growing CPA firm. Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr. About the Company This established CPA firm is expanding and seeks a Tax Manager to work directly with senior staff and motivate the team. Responsibilities Prepare and review complex corporate, partnership, high net worth individual, fiduciary, and tax‑exempt entity tax returns. Meet with prospective clients and assist with proposal preparation. Interpret various trust documents, wills, business operating agreements, and related documents. Assist clients with related business needs (QuickBooks, payroll tax, sales tax). Represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service; supervise seniors and staff, evaluate performance, and provide feedback. Maintain accurate client billing records. Assist in training and development of less experienced staff. Keep partners informed of all important work developments and recommend solutions. Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects on time and on budget. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. CPA certification required. 5+ years of public accounting experience. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and audit project management skills. Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with clients, business partners, and co‑workers. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Thompson Reuters or an equivalent tax software. Contact To be considered, please apply with a resume.
