Job Summary yProvide senior level design and development expertise to the creation and maintenance of software products including training/learning platforms, applications, web pages, client portals, databases, reports and queries, and other products as requested. Interfaces with clients, customers, and internal users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions. Trains other team members and provides technical leadership in design and development matters. Helps develop and support software development best practices.
