Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the nursing staff during evening shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
Handle any escalated issues or emergencies, coordinating care and resources as needed.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as required and oversee patient assessments.
Train and mentor new and existing nursing staff.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including patient safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
