Trade Design Build is seeking their next Senior Project Manager. This position is responsible for working with the design team during the design process and then taking the project through construction. OSHA-30 is required for Senior Project Manager.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSafety: Coordinate with Superintendents to implement safety planQuality & Conformance: Work with the design office to produce project delivery tools, including budgets, schedules, and scope summariesQuality & Conformance: Work to ensure a collaborative approach is taken with all members of the project teamQuality & Conformance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectationsQuality & Conformance: Ensure all Master Sub-Contracts, Work Orders, and Insurances are kept up to date and executed properly company-wideSchedule & Deadlines: Oversee and manage project schedule and update project team and clients as necessary. This includes all staffing, meetings, material procurement, etc.Schedule & Deadlines: Work with Senior Superintendent to coordinate staffing week-to-weekCost & Budgets: Ensure PMs are managing project budgets, including initial generation, budget updates/COs, invoicing direction and review, and direction of sub bill and material purchase paymentsClient Satisfaction & Professionalism: Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction is executed to the highest level on all projectsCritical Tasks (G - General, D - Design Phase, PC - Pre-Construction Phase, C- Construction Phase, PO - Post Occupancy Phase)G - Regularly check in with PMs, Superintendents & Design Team to ensure projects are running smoothlyG - Ensure regular communication is maintained with clientsG - Review & update the staffing schedule with PMs before the weekly PM meetingD/PC - Prepare Construction Contract & review with Management teamD/PC - Coordinate & oversee final project packet review before client review meetingC - Coordinate regular monthly project review meetings with PMs for all projectsC - Review all COs/Budget Updates and major changes to project scope that have contractual implicationsPO - Meet with clients for project closeout meeting• Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off• Professional development and training opportunities• Collaborative and supportive work environment• Opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects with a dynamic and talented teamThis is a full-time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
