This is a unique opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Lead a dedicated team of physical therapists. Provide direct musculoskeletal (MSK) care to a diverse, underserved patient population. Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with health regulations. Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging workplace with flexible scheduling. Qualifications A passion for mentoring, educating, and positively influencing new Physical Therapists. A strong desire to provide high-quality care and improve the way MSK healthcare is delivered. A drive to help patients, team members, and communities achieve their full potential. Inherent focus on our core values – growth, service excellence, health and wellness, teamwork, character, and compassion. 5-8 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Spanish fluency required; commitment to health equity and serving multicultural communities.
