OverviewPartner & Head of Interim @ Tarka Talent - Consultancy, Resource Augmentation, Strategy, and TransformationOur Client exists to support their clients to achieve business outcomes by designing and implementing Agile operating models that enable high-impact and sustained results. They do this by partnering with organisations to drive beneficial and lasting transformation. Their approach goes beyond simply implementing Agile frameworks; it focuses on transforming how organisations operate to deliver consistent, measurable value. Agility isn’t the outcome; it’s how you get there.We are currently recruiting Interim Consultants and Senior Consultants to support and deliver on projects/programmes. We are interested in consultants from Private and Public Sector Management Consulting backgrounds; active SC Clearance is beneficial for one of their Programmes. These roles require consultants who champion the agile methodology and are delivery-focused, driving successful change for their clients. You can live anywhere in the US, with travel up to 75% of the time to client sites.Role DescriptionOur client is looking for Interim Consultants & Senior Consultants to support their clients for an initial 3-4 month period, with potential for extension or a permanent role after that.You should have experience guiding executives and organisations in designing and implementing effective operating models, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be passionate about bridging strategy and execution, shaping the future of business agility, and driving measurable impact at scale.
